Classic, right?
My pregnancy Halloween costume won an award and was featured on a list of "Best Pregnancy Halloween Costumes" on a popular website... and I'm pretty proud of it! Since Halloween is this week, I thought I'd share my slightly famous (in my mind) costume and give some printables to those interested.
If you're attending a Halloween party this year, or just want to get a few laughs from your friends, this is the perfect, most scandalous (and super easy!) costume.
Pretty cute, huh?
This costume cost me about $10 to make, here's how!
For him you will need:
- Iron On Fabric Paper
- A Painters Cap (these are $1 at Home Depot)
- A white collar button-up shirt (I would check thrift stores first!)
- A black bow tie
For her:
- An apron
- Cleaning gloves
- A housewife'y outfit/dress
- Lots of lipstick kisses!
Most of these items are 'laying around the house' things, which makes this so cheap and easy.
For the Milkman costume, you will want to print Milkman labels and iron them onto the shirt & hat (and the milk jar if you're feeling like bonus points).
Here are Milkman labels I created for you to print.
Iron one onto the cap, one onto the shirt pocket, and tape one onto the milk jar.
Then apply red lipstick and go to town on that Milkman. Seriously. Just go for it.
I wore a very conservative dress, and went extra drama with some 70s housewife hair, have fun with it!
This costume and it's old dirty underbelly was loved by everyone, go ahead and have some humor with your baby bump this Halloween... trick or treat!
It is my first visit to your blog, and I am very impressed with the articles that you serve. Give adequate knowledge for me. Thank you for sharing useful material. I will be back for the more great post. glow in the dark skeleton halloween costume
